Responsibilities
  • Providing service or information, solutions and relevant details to customers.
  • Coordinating with concerned groups on special container requirements with Equipment Control.
  • Approval of Dangerous Goods (DG), Out of Gauge Cargo (OOG), and special containers with approvers.
  • Attends to inquiries thru email and phone calls and concerns of customers.
  • Sends regular vessel updates to customers.
  • Coordinates with the Customer Care Specialist for any assistance needed.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Customs Administration or related fields of study.
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year of related experience.
  • Background in shipping/logistics system is an advantage.
  • Must have good oral and written English communication skills.
