Office Secretary
EZ Sourcing Group is looking for a smart and talented individual to join our logistics company. The Secretary assists the business owners with day-to-day operations. Salary Range: PHP 14,000 – 16,000 per month
Responsibilities- Perform administrative duties including answering phones and responding to client inquiries across different social media channels
- Track daily operations and reporting, resolve issues
- Help owners manage day-to-day operations
- Ensure deliverables are met on time
- Assist Warehouse department in picking and delivering stocks
- Help in receiving incoming shipments and keep accurate records
- Make recommendations for business performance improvement
- Communicate relevant updates to the owner
- Make decisions with confidence and autonomy where appropriate
- Work with company leaders to define plans for new products, initiatives, and services
- Attend meetings representing the business owner and the company
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documents (e.g., supplier receipts, customer invoices)
- Quote customers shipping prices
- Assist in the preparation of customer orders and shipping documents such as delivery receipts
- Other duties as assigned
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree of any field
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities and/or handling service office is an advantage
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Docs/Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Dynamic learner and ability to navigate new challenges

- Honest and trustworthy
- Willing to work in Tondo, Manila
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: PHP 14,000.00 – PHP 16,000.00 per month
- Schedule: 8 hour shift
- Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay
- Ability to commute/relocate: Manila – Relably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
