Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in various disciplines to encounter and coordinate the communication of the lessors' difficult problems as well as the long-term stagnation problems in the process of CCSPC.
- Deal with the owner of rooftop sites which led to inspection work orders not being closed and troubleshooting delays due to issues such as water leakage (CW civil construction), etc.
- Pre-process issues raised by lessors regarding rent and electricity charges (rent increases, delayed rent payments, access fees for station entry, overloading or disputes over CW), affecting timely closure of inspection work orders and troubleshooting.
- IBS admin issues causing untimely obtaining of electricity bills and difficulties in applying for IBS permits, affecting timely payment of bills and troubleshooting.
- IBS mall or lessor renovations leading PRRU removal and restoration tracking, offline PRRU tracking.
- Long-term NFT work orders not closed due to various lessor issues;
- Security feedback to urge CCSPC to address them in a timely manner with progress tracking;
- Emergency Communication Vehicle (ECMV) deployment coordination and access permit applications;
- Other issues the SAM team needs to coordinate with.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; MySQL, PostgreSQL, PyCharm Community Edition for reporting, documentation, and presentations
- Ability to use Python for basic data processing and analysis tasks
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and handle multi-party interactions smoothly
