Job DescriptionDemonstrating knowledge of our products to ensure that customer queries are answered accurately, and any product recommendations can be made.
- Striving to deliver first contact resolution to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Maintaining up to date customer records within our Customer Management System, and ensuring reports are kept up to date and organized.
- Being able to take on constructive personal feedback in performance reviews and also providing feedback back which will positively impact the performance of the department.
- Maintaining Stock Management systems and communicating between Suppliers and our inbound warehouse to plan for and book in stock shipments.
- Collaborating within our team to coordinate and plan for peak sales periods.
- Reporting defective product faults to our suppliers and booking in replacements.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Experience within a customer service-focused role.
- Experience of working towards performance & productivity targets.
- Great communication skills in fluent English, both written and over the phone.
- Proficient IT skills, comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Emotional resilience and the ability to be professional even in difficult situations; understand the difference between sympathy and empathy.
- Flexibility to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
