Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence and engage with our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, grow our follower base, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage them effectively.
Content Creation
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content (text, images, and videos) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Write compelling captions and optimize posts for maximum reach and engagement.
Community Management
  • Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally.
  • Build and nurture relationships with followers and influencers in the Iloilo area.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Track social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and ROI.
  • Use insights to optimize content and strategies.
Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, events, and other initiatives.
Trend Monitoring
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
