Our client is a rapidly expanding Australian cryptocurrency exchange dedicated to secure, user-friendly digital asset trading solutions. They seek a motivated team member from the Philippines to join remotely as they grow.

Role Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy professional with cryptocurrency experience to manage operational, marketing, and customer support tasks. There is potential for growth into a specialized role as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram to engage community and promote CoinPort.
  2. Paid Advertising: Assist with booking and optimizing digital ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, and crypto networks.
  3. Help Desk Support: Provide professional customer support via email, chat, and social media channels.
  4. Software Testing: Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates.
  5. Market Research: Keep updated on crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
  6. General Operations: Support administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred.
  • Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for crypto and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with customer support platforms such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
