Role Description We are looking for a tech-savvy professional with cryptocurrency experience to manage operational, marketing, and customer support tasks. There is potential for growth into a specialized role as the company expands. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram to engage community and promote CoinPort. Paid Advertising: Assist with booking and optimizing digital ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, and crypto networks. Help Desk Support: Provide professional customer support via email, chat, and social media channels. Software Testing: Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates. Market Research: Keep updated on crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes. General Operations: Support administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field. At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred. Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media. Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues. Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Passion for crypto and eagerness to learn. Preferred Skills Experience with customer support platforms such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
