What is this role about?

The Maintenance Management Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the technical operations within a specific area, ensuring that Station Technicians perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment at SEAOIL stations. They ensure timely completion of Technical Service Form requests, provide guidance and support to technicians, enforce safety protocols, and track the overall performance of technical services. The supervisor coordinates with other teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across stations.

What will YOU do?
  1. Supervise and oversee the performance of Station Technicians within the assigned area to ensure proper maintenance and repair of equipment at SEAOIL stations.
  2. Ensure timely completion of Technical Service Form requests for repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance across stations in the designated area.
  3. Monitor and ensure adherence to safety protocols by all technicians during maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation work at SEAOIL stations.
  4. Coordinate with the Retail Technical Services Coordinator to address service requests and ensure efficient resource allocation across stations.
  5. Conduct regular assessments of station equipment, identifying any issues or potential failures and overseeing preventive maintenance activities.
  6. Monitor and track daily operations of Station Technicians, ensuring all service tasks and reports are completed and submitted accurately.
  7. Ensure effective communication between Station Technicians and the management team, providing updates on work progress and any issues encountered.
  8. Provide technical support and guidance to Station Technicians in troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical and mechanical issues.
  9. Assist in the planning and execution of installations and commissioning of dispensing pumps at SEAOIL stations within the assigned area.
  10. Monitor and report on performance metrics, including equipment uptime and technician productivity, ensuring goals related to downtime reduction and operational efficiency are met.
What will YOU need?
  1. At least 5 years of experience in the same function - preferably with 2 years of people management experience as well.
  2. Licensed engineer - willing to be assigned and travel within Cagayan De Oro area.
