Overview

Bookkeeper (Up to ₱40K + WFH Setup + FREE AI Certification) – Remote | Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 10 PM– 7 AM PH Time).

Responsibilities
  • Reconciling revenue, expenses, and bank accounts to ensure all transactions are accurate and complete.
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable to maintain healthy cash flow and strong vendor relationships.
  • Preparing detailed financial reports that guide strategic decision-making.
Qualifications

This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

  • You have at least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Jobber, Ramp, and payroll systems (Gusto preferred).
  • Strong expertise in bank reconciliation, job costing, and financial reporting.

Non-Negotiables:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in collections and accounts receivable follow-up.
  • Familiarity with fixed asset management and depreciation methods.
