This is a remote position.

DAYSHIFT WFH : MYOB Bookkeeper (AU Healthcare Industry) Business Type : NDIS/ Australian Healthcare Part time - starting at 25-30 hours *with possibility of transitioning to 40 hours weekly VA Rate : $6-8AUD

Job Qualifications

• At least 2 years similar experience as Bookkeeper supporting AU Region/market
• MYOB or Xero Certificate to show working knowledge in the tool/system

• Access Data From CMS
• Be familiar with extraction of primary data from Brevity CMS
• Managing Contractors
• Manage Contractor Data, Assist with ABN/GST verification
• Customer Invoicing and Receipting – Bill all customers on a timely basis, filing copies as per documented procedures
• Stock alerts: notify stock management of low stock levels
• Record customer payments and prepare daily banking
• Issue customer statements on a monthly basis or when required
• Supplier Payments and Expenses – Collate supplier invoices into weekly and monthly payment runs, streamline payment processes wherever possible
• Ensure supplier bills are authorised for payment and process payments when authorised
• Record supplier payments and office expenses in MYOB
• Admin Support Duties (Occasional) – Answer client queries on Invoices/Payroll issues
• Debt Collection – Report to Directors on overdue accounts; send statements; chase overdue accounts; document activities
• Reconciliations of Key Accounts – Reconcile bank accounts fortnightly; reconcile loan accounts quarterly
• Processing of Payroll – Maintain confidential records; process employee pays; track leave accruals; PAYG and superannuation payments; end-of-year payroll
• Budgets and Financial Statements – Assist in preparing annual budgets; end-of-month journals; draft monthly financial statements
• Data Management – Ensure MYOB files backed up; update MYOB software
• Quarterly Business Activity Statement – Prepare figures and liaise with Accountant
• Brevity Client Management System – Access data required for debtor/creditor reconciliation; maintain client data confidentiality
