Sales Operations Specialist

Center & Academic Operations Manage the daily operations of the Center, including reports, sales tracking, inventory, and overall performance. Oversee teacher-student schedules (in-center and online) for optimal class matching. Understand the programs and work with the teachers to suggest the correct plan for students. Monitor student progress, review teacher reports, and provide timely feedback to parents. Ensure accurate student records, assessments, and session monitoring. Track remaining sessions, send billing reminders, and process leaves/withdrawals. Prepare and submit monthly class records and management reports. Sales & Retention Support enrollment growth by conducting parent orientations, presenting programs, and highlighting student progress. Proactively engage parents regarding session validity, extensions, and renewals to maximize retention. Assist in marketing campaigns, social media updates, and promotional activities to attract new students. Build strong community connections to increase visibility and drive new enrollments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or any related field. 2–5 years of experience in operations management, customer service, or sales preferably in education, training, or service industries. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially with parents and students or customers. Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite; Results-driven with strong organizational skills, able to balance sales targets with operational efficiency. Why join us?
