Lipa, Philippines Virtual Assist Full time

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our internal training and documentation efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and designing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) trainings for new and existing employees, managing our training management system Trainual , and creating engaging learning content that drives clarity, consistency, and compliance across our growing team.

Responsibilities
  • SOP Design & Training Development
    • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop and document SOPs
    • Design engaging and interactive SOP-based training materials including:
      • Video walkthroughs
      • Process visuals
      • Screen recordings
      • Step-by-step written instructions
    • Create knowledge checks, quizzes, and tests to reinforce understanding
  • Trainual Management
    • Maintain and update all SOPs and training modules inside the Trainual platform
    • Organize content logically by department, role, and training sequence
    • Monitor completion rates, quiz performance, and user engagement
    • Provide admin support for onboarding new users and assigning relevant trainings
  • Employee Onboarding & Development Support
    • Ensure all new hires have a clearly defined training pathway in Trainual
    • Partner with HR and department heads to align training content with job responsibilities
    • Update training materials as systems or procedures evolve
  • Project Coordination & QA
    • Track SOP development projects, ensure deadlines are met, and manage feedback loops with stakeholders
  • Review existing content for accuracy, clarity, and relevance
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience
    • 3+ years of experience designing training content, SOPs, or e-learning materials
    • Proven experience creating training videos, interactive tests, and employee learning modules
    • Experience with Trainual or a comparable SOP/training management system (e.g., Lessonly, TalentLMS, WorkRamp, etc.)
  • Skills & Tools
    • Proficient in screen recording and video editing software (e.g., Loom, Camtasia, Snagit, or similar)
    • Strong writing and instructional design skills
    • Familiarity with visual design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Express)
    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and version control
  • Other Requirements
    • Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
    • Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and evolving company systems
Preferred
  • Background in HR, operations, or administration within a construction, contracting, or field-based service industry
  • Experience creating SOPs for software tools like Spectrum, Traqspera, or ProjectSight
