On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Digital Marketing/CRM Coordinator to join their growing home improvement business. You will manage content, video, and marketing automation strategies while leading LinkedIn Advertising and email campaigns to deliver measurable ROI. This role involves driving both paid and organic results through digital campaigns, content posting, video editing, and social engagement, supported by hands-on coaching and a structured 12-month roadmap.

- LinkedIn Outreach & Advertising: Execute LinkedIn outreach using approved templates and strategy; manage and update the LinkedIn company page with case studies, project updates, and video clips; plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Advertising campaigns (targeting, creatives, segmentation, budget management).
- Track KPIs (CTR, CPL, conversions, ROI) and recommend improvements to maximize lead quality.
- Email Marketing & Campaigns: Support setup, segmentation, and sending of email campaigns (newsletters, lead magnet follow-ups, nurture sequences); track and analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and suggest optimization strategies; coordinate with the team to improve list quality and engagement; use tools such as Apollo or Mailchimp for execution and tracking.
- Content Creation & Social Media Management: Repurpose video content into short-form assets; create branded graphics and templates; maintain a publishing calendar; manage LinkedIn community engagement.
- CRM, Lead & Campaign Management: Log outreach and interactions in CRM systems; assist with lead follow-ups and nurturing sequences; support lead magnets and related campaigns; ensure alignment between campaign execution and CRM tracking.
- Reporting, Optimization & Ad Hoc Support: Track ROI for LinkedIn Ads and email campaigns; provide weekly updates; collaborate with client and coaching teams; assist with marketing tasks and provide flexible support during campaign peaks.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven ROI success in LinkedIn Advertising and email marketing.
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut (or similar), and Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Strong written English skills with a professional tone.
- Familiarity with Zapier is a plus (training can be provided).
Full Time (40 hours per week) — Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time.
Pay$950 + $55 Allowance per month.
