Overview

Ascendion is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Trainer to join the Learning & Development (L&D) team. This role is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering technical learning programs. The trainer will support both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring readiness for deployment and alignment with enterprise-based training standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and deliver technical training sessions (virtual and in-person)
  • Develop training materials: manuals, presentations, assessments
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to learners
  • Collaborate with L&D members and technical leads to align training with business needs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies
