Job Summary
The Recruitment Specialist – Housekeeping Trainer is responsible for the recruitment and evaluation of Housekeeping applicants. The role combines recruitment functions with trainer-level technical expertise to ensure that only skilled and qualified candidates are hired. This specialist assesses applicants’ housekeeping knowledge, technical skills, and professional conduct in line with hospitality and service industry standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, HRM, HR, or related course (preferred).
• At least 3–5 years of professional housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts, or similar facilities.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Trainer or Supervisor.
• TESDA NC II in Housekeeping or equivalent certification is required.
• Prior recruitment or applicant evaluation experience is an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation, and housekeeping operations.
• Excellent interviewing, evaluation, and communication skills.
