About the Role:

We are looking for a Microsoft Trainer to deliver training programs on Microsoft Infrastructure, Cloud Platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365), and other Microsoft technical courses. This role is essential in equipping IT professionals with practical skills through effective instruction, hands-on activities, and clear, up-to-date learning materials.

The ideal candidate must be willing to conduct both remote and in-person training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality training sessions on Microsoft infrastructure and cloud platforms (Windows Server, Azure, MS365) and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Design and develop course materials, including presentations, labs, exercises, and assessments suited to various learning levels.
  • Support Sales in identifying customer training requirements.
  • Stay current with certifications as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and other relevant technologies as assigned.
  • Deliver presentations and seminars on Microsoft and related technologies.
  • Provide consultancy and technical support services to clients when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an IT Trainer or Instructor, with a focus on Microsoft infrastructure and cloud platforms.
  • In-depth, hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012/2016 (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, File Services, RAID, NAS, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, WDS/MDT, basic management tasks).
  • Proficient with PowerShell scripting and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) (deployment, collections, inventory, updates, WSUS, client/server deployment, management packs).
  • Familiarity with System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) for host deployment, template creation, and fabric management.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure (VM creation, resource groups, networking, storage, Azure AD, AADConnect, Web Apps/Cloud Services).
  • Background as a Windows Administrator or in a similar role (3-5 years).
  • Experience delivering CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ courses is a plus.
  • Background in Microsoft Intune is a plus.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies for technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Administrator
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ (a plus)

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
