This role combines internal service desk support with hands-on exposure to cloud operations, automation, and DevOps best practices, perfect for technical support professionals who want to advance into cloud engineering. What You’ll Do Resolve internal service desk tickets related to AWS-hosted environments. Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and application issues. Document solutions in Confluence and manage tasks in Jira. Participate in on-call rotations to maintain cloud system reliability. Learn and assist in AWS automation, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring tools. What We’re Looking For Service desk or technical support background. Strong communication and documentation skills. Familiarity with Jira & Confluence. Interest or basic skills in AWS, Linux/Windows administration, Bash/Python scripting.
