Shifting work schedule - most of the time in nightshift Qualifications At least 8 years in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in SOC leadership or equivalent. Proven experience managing large-scale SOC teams and complex security environments. Hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence platforms, and incident response. Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Governance Define and execute the SOC strategy aligned with organizational cybersecurity goals. Establish and maintain SOC policies, procedures, and playbooks. Collaborate with executive leadership to align security operations with business priorities. Operational Oversight Lead 24/7 monitoring, threat detection, and incident response operations. Oversee deployment and optimization of SIEM, SOAR, and other security tools. Ensure timely escalation and resolution of security incidents. Supervise threat hunting, vulnerability management, and proactive defense initiatives. Coordinate forensic investigations and root cause analysis post-incident. Lead containment, eradication, and recovery efforts during major security events. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure SOC operations meet regulatory and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR). Support internal and external audits, and produce regular compliance reports. Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies. Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing SOC team (analysts, responders, hunters, etc.). Define roles, career paths, and training plans for SOC personnel.
