Responsibilities User Interface Design (UI) Lead UI design for platforms such as websites and mobile apps, ensuring a consistent style and user-friendly experience Design clear and intuitive UI structures and interaction flows based on user journeys Guide the team to deliver high-quality UI mockups, interactive animations, and component libraries Work closely with product and development teams to ensure the design is implemented accurately and consistently Visual & Graphic Design Responsible for various marketing visual assets: banners, social media posts, landing pages, campaign KVs, etc. Support the marketing team in enhancing brand tone and creating appealing visual content Participate in creative proposals and plan visual themes for campaigns Manage visual asset libraries and brand materials, maintaining consistent brand identity Team Management & Process Optimization Manage the design team, assign tasks, and drive project progress Review design output to improve overall design quality and attention to detail Optimize team workflows and establish UI and visual design standards Support recruitment and training efforts to build a high-performing, creative team environment Qualifications Associate degree or higher, preferably in Visual Communication, Digital Media, HCI, or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/visual design, with at least 2 years in a team management role Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator Familiar with UI design standards for web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android/Web) Practical experience in building and maintaining a Design System is a plus Strong English communication skills for seamless collaboration with international teams Skills in motion design, illustration, or 3D visual design are a plus Clear logic, attention to detail, and strong cross-functional coordination and project management skills Preferred Qualifications UI project experience in gaming, e-commerce, fintech, or entertainment platforms Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with frontend engineers Familiarity with user research processes or strong UX skills is preferred
