Join to apply for the HR and Accounts Executive/Assistant role at Salvo Global . We are looking for a professional to oversee payroll, accounts, and HR functions. Responsibilities Oversee monthly payroll outsourced, ensuring accurate and timely release of salaries, including calculation of leave applications and records. Understand calculation of SSS, Pag‑IBIG, HDMF and other BIR tax compliance issues. Assist with Accounts Payable / Receivable / Petty Cash, including issuance of invoices and completion of vendor registration forms. Track monthly revenue targets and work with sales and marketing to chase overdue invoices. Recruitment & Onboarding: update job portals, meet recruitment targets, prepare offer letters, handle work visa applications, prepare contracts and documents (e.g. COE) for new hires and separated employees, conduct phone screening, arrange face‑to‑face interviews, conduct exit interviews. Communicate HR policies clearly to all employees and ensure implementation and compliance. Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or Finance. At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Proficient in DOLE laws and regulations, including working pass applications, employer compliance, and employee insurance. Good English communication and writing skills. Meticulous, extremely responsible, well‑organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines. Expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined. High level of integrity and ability to keep company details confidential.
