Overview The Professional Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets by actively prospecting, engaging, and closing deals with new and existing clients. The Sales Representative will build and maintain long-term client relationships, provide product demonstrations, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Sales Generation Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, online research, referrals). Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations. Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business. Market Knowledge and Analysis Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities. Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs. Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration and Reporting Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure seamless customer experience. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions. Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
