Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Work with stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements, translating them into ServiceNow solutions. Create and maintain workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and scripts within the ServiceNow platform. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration methods. Implement UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes to optimize user experience and automate processes. Required Skills: 3 years+ experience with ServiceNow administration. Up-to-date understanding of marketplace and technology changes relevant to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes. Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc. Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB, SPM, service portal and Knowledge management applications High average in communications skills Additional Notes: This position will be working with international law firm that serves companies, governments and financial institutions.
