We are seeking an experienced and licensed Civil Engineer or Architect to join our team as a Site Engineer for a new greenhouse project. The ideal candidate must have at least three years of construction experience, be proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Revit, and be a Sustaining Technical Employee (STE) for a PCAB License.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified professional to take a leading role in managing on-site construction activities and ensuring the successful completion of the project. This position is project-based.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and our internal team.
  • Interpret and implement project plans, specifications, and drawings.
  • Ensure all work complies with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
Must Have
  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Experience in AutoCAD/Revit
  • Licensed Civil Engineer/Architect
  • Valid COSH Certificate
Nice to have
  • At least 3 years construction hands-on experience in a supervisory role
  • Driver's License
  • Strong analytical skills
