Responsibilities:

  1. Manages the complete project lifecycle, covering initiation, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Leads the engineering team, facilitates communication among stakeholders, and ensures the project meets its objectives and deadlines.
  2. Review technical specification and resolution such as plans, etc including site survey.
  3. Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve an "on-time" result including follow-up with purchasing head to ensure timely delivery of requested materials.
  4. Monitor program cost activity to achieve an "in budget" result.
  5. Performs work which involves conventional methods and types of plans, investigations, surveys, structures, or equipment with relatively few complex areas.
  6. Responsible for control of work-in-progress in all project.
  7. Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.

  8. Overseeing the preparation or modification of construction schedules, environmental impact studies, permits and design for project, equipment utilization, and preparation or modification of reports such as follows:

  9. Straight Line Diagram (SLD)

  10. Pictures
  11. Statement of Work Accomplished (SWA)
  12. Daily monitoring of materials inventory

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, extensive experience (5+ years) in managing civil construction projects especially horizontal projects, strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards, excellent leadership and communication skills.

  1. Certifications are preferred, along with a proven track record of successfully completing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
