Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Control Engineer to support project monitoring, business development, and assist Quality Management Representative (QMR) functions. The ideal candidate is a Civil Engineering graduate with experience in project reporting, issue analysis, and construction documentation. Proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD and project control tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all ongoing projects and ensure timely submission and consolidation of site reports
  • Analyze issues and concerns raised by project sites and recommend solutions
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for top management and clients
  • Coordinate with site teams to track project progress and identify deviations
  • Support business development initiatives, including documentation and coordination
  • Assist the QMR in maintaining compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Be available for deployment to project sites nationwide when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in construction, project monitoring, or business development is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is a plus
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with other technical and project control software.
  • Familiarity with ISO or Integrated Management Systems
  • Provide technical support and be available for site deployment or reinforcement when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
