Responsibilities
  • Lead customer onboarding and training sessions
  • Help users adopt and maximize product features
  • Deliver high-impact enablement programs to drive product engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Address customer questions and provide clear guidance
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers, gathering and relaying feedback to internal teams
  • Recommend value-added services and features to help customers meet their goals and expand product usage

Ideal Profile Qualifications
  • You have at least 2 years of experience within a Customer Service or Customer Success role, ideally within the Education, Other Services, and Software / SaaS industry
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You are comfortable speaking with groups and managing multiple customers
  • Soft sales skills are a plus
