As a Senior QA / System Analyst, you'll be the quality gatekeeper ensuring our systems don't just work, but work flawlessly when it matters most. Your mission: safeguard the quality, stability, and performance of our core insurance systems.

This role will be part of the Support and Operations Team, responsible for production deployment and maintaining the quality of business applications. You'll serve as the bridge between business and technology—translating requirements into system designs, validating functionality through rigorous testing, and ensuring smooth deployment of applications that power policy, underwriting, claims, and sales operations.

What You'll Do

  • System Analysis – Evaluate existing and upcoming systems to identify gaps or inefficiencies. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications developers can implement.

  • Quality Assurance – Build and execute test plans across system, integration, and UAT cycles to guarantee application reliability, compliance, and usability.

  • Defect Management – Log, track, and prioritize defects while collaborating with developers and IT for fast, accurate resolutions.

  • Stakeholder Communication – Act as the go-to liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage.

  • Documentation – Maintain comprehensive requirements, test scripts, and user manuals to keep systems transparent and well-supported.

Requirements:

Non-Negotiables

  • Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum
  • Proficiency in defect management tools such as JIRA
  • Familiarity with SQL / OracleDB / MongoDB for data validation and queries
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and business teams

Experience

  • 3–5 years in Quality Assurance, System Analysis, or Business Analysis
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system design
  • Experience with QA documentation and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
  • Background in insurance systems is a strong plus

Skills & Qualities

  • Highly detail-oriented with a drive for quality and efficiency
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
