Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Engineer – Maintenance Head to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our Engineering and Maintenance teams, execute preventive maintenance programs, and oversee major mechanical projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that facility staff are present, projects are delivered on time, and the company’s operational standards are upheld. Responsibilities Ensure project‑based deployment of Facilities Engineers and related staff are available for daily activities and respond to emergencies. Manage the day‑to‑day tasks of property Engineering and Maintenance functions. Implement the company’s Preventive Maintenance Program. Prepare Terms of Reference for major Engineering and Maintenance projects. Vet fit‑out and renovation plans to ensure compliance with corporate rules. Recommend and implement energy conservation initiatives. Evaluate and recommend equipment or service upgrades. Troubleshoot emergency technical situations. Execute the Daily Ocular Inspection Checklist and report observations to the Technical Coordinator. Coach and mentor Engineering and Maintenance staff. Ideal Profile Bachelor’s (or College) Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Licensed Mechanical Engineer. Minimum of 5 years of experience in building operations, engineering, and equipment/system maintenance. Ability to handle multiple projects and make sound decisions. Proficiency in reading blueprints. Certificate of Completion in Engineering Technical Training and Building Operations & Maintenance Training. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Dependable with high work ethics and customer‑service orientation. Meticulous attention to detail and strong observational skills.
