Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field. Experience with server management (IIS, File Server), Active Directory, and network troubleshooting. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in managing and configuring firewalls and antivirus software. Capability to deploy applications and manage permissions efficiently. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
