The role owner is responsible for managing the data support services to ensure that service levels and customer expectations are met or exceeded. The Data Operations Lead shall establish and maintain data management processes and recommend improvements to maximize operational efficiency.Minimum Qualifications:* ITIL certification is a plus* Customer service oriented* Experience supporting applications and management of data* Experience with contract and vendor negotiations* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
