Data Analyst Lead

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in SQL, data visualization, and leadership to drive data-driven decision-making across multiple departments, including FMCG, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working with SQL and be proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication to translate complex data into meaningful insights for various business units.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & Business Insights: Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights that support business strategies across multiple departments.SQL Data Management: Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with teams from Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience to understand data needs and create insightful reports.Data Visualization & Reporting: Build interactive dashboards and reports using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to communicate key business trends.Process Optimization & Automation: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvement.Lead role experience, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.Presentation & Communication: Effectively present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions are made at all levels.Predictive & Trend Analysis: Use historical data to identify patterns, forecast trends, and support strategic planning for business growth.Qualifications & Experience:At least 3 years of experience (with Lead experience) in data analysis with hands-on experience in SQL.Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.Experience working with multiple departments, including FMCG, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Tech Department.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring junior analysts or leading analytics projects.Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights effectively.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Willing to work onsite in Makati
