Your role Support in the management and operations of the site office in Cheerful Homes, Mabalacat Pampanga. Shall properly review and facilitate e issuance of deviation notices on the submitted reservation sales while adhering to the company policy and procedures. Shall receive, check and record all Signed Contract-to-Sell and other documentary requirements for dispatch to Head Office. Shall manage the processions-Dated ChecksChecks by evaluating, encoding, warehousing, and checking the return. Shall coordinate with the office/unit head for the timely resolution and implementation of various post-sales sales client’s requests and concerns. Shall handle the requisition and disbursement of collateral allocation per broker group (for International Admin Offices only) Shall assist in the recommendation of sales and marketing opportunities or strategies that t will have sones impact on the company. Shall prepare accomplishment report to be submitted to the BMU Supervisor every month. Shall monitor and request branch office supplies regularly. Shall perform such other functions as may from time to time, be assigned by the Company. Compensation & benefits Entry-level employees at SMIC may earn between Php12,000 and Php20,000. Certification and licensure boost a fresh grad’s base salary. For instance, a SMIC accountant’s average salary is Php16,000 per month versus Php26,000 per month for a Certified Public Accountant.
