Talent Acquisition Manager - Project Based Be among the first 25 applicants. Overview We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of recruiting operations. This role will serve as a key liaison between recruiting teams, talent partners, and operational stakeholders, ensuring that hiring processes are streamlined, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and plans. Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Oversee recruitment projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. Manage budgets and timelines for recruitment projects. Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking). Develop and implement candidate engagement strategies. Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire). Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve talent acquisition effectiveness. Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent. Develop and implement employer branding initiatives. Qualifications Project Management: Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills with 5+ years of experience in project/program management and 9+ years total professional experience in operations, recruiting, or business strategy. Recruitment Expertise: In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. Candidate Sourcing: Ability to identify and attract qualified candidates. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Data Analysis: Ability to track, analyze, and interpret recruitment data. Problem‑Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to recruitment projects. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate recruitment teams. Project Contract (11 Months) Partner with Small Ad Agencies to create branding and marketing and help change the Silversea Brand landscape to Philippine Market Landscape. Offsite Recruiting Events – plan and execute recruiting events outside of Metro Manila and target top sales agents across industries such as Hotels, Insurance, Real Estate, and Contact Center Industries. Recruiting Events – identify red‑carpet events by large organizations from target industries and participate to promote the ultra‑luxury cruise brand (Silversea). Participate in job fairs both physical and virtual and academia partnerships specific to hospitality within or outside Metro Manila. Ensure that milestones and deadlines are met within the given contract. Achieve X% of hiring goals within specified timelines (e.g., 95% of roles filled within 60 days). Reduce time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire by set percentages. Deliver regular project updates to stakeholders (Silversea leaders). Facilitate alignment between stakeholders and recruitment strategy. Provide accurate reporting and analytics on recruitment metrics. Lead initiatives to enhance employer brand in talent market. Further develop sourcing strategies to tap into diverse talent pools. Define build of pipeline under Silversea – from which number to what number. Month on month expectation: create pipeline and build talent specific to Silversea based on the growth plan projected for 2025. Project-based employment can be pre‑terminated upon completion of the project or for a period of eleven (11) months.
