Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to increase dealer sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with dealers, providing them with product information, training, and sales tools. Regularly assess dealer performance, track sales metrics, and recommend improvements to maximize revenue. Support dealers with promotional materials, offers, and campaigns to drive product sales and brand awareness. Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support to ensure dealers are equipped to sell effectively. Negotiate terms and pricing with dealers and resolve any issues, ensuring smooth operations and positive relationships. Maintain accurate records of dealer sales, inventory, and performance. Prepare regular reports to share insights with senior management. Collect and share feedback from dealers regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and any areas for improvement. Qualifications Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field. Experience Level: Less than 1 year in operations or customer service Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. Responsibilities and Duties: Manage merchant accounts, assist with transactions, and resolve issues. Working Conditions: Office environment; standard hours with occasional overtime. Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, team player, and proactive problem-solver.
