Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the company\'s overall sustainability and ESG strategies.
  • Set goals and objectives for more sustainable practices, and recommend new procedures or equipment to reduce environmental impact.
  • Support strategic decision-making by contributing to business strategy.
  • Oversee ESG data management and reporting to drive company-wide environmental goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage sustainability projects, including capacity-building efforts, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve sustainability objectives.
  • Develop enhanced materiality assessment matrices and embed sustainability in business processes; oversee the end-to-end Sustainability Report process and related compliance reporting (e.g., EPR).
  • Engage with the United Eco Council and manage internal and external sustainability communications; represent the company in industry forums.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree (minimum 4-year) in Management, Sustainability or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ESG-related roles.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills with proficiency in sustainability frameworks (e.g., ESG) and experience in project management and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of ESG Reporting, global and Philippine sustainability concepts, and familiarity with local regulations and upcoming ESG trends.
  • Ability to integrate business knowledge with ESG initiatives.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools.
