Join our team as a Learning Delivery Specialist and play a key role in empowering employees through impactful learning programs. Responsibilities Facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions (virtual & in-person) on onboarding, systems, soft skills, and leadership development. Deliver content that caters to diverse learning styles and keeps participants engaged. Coordinate learning programs, including scheduling, communications, and logistics. Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback. Provide post-training coaching and collaborate with the L&D team to enhance content delivery. Keep accurate training records in the LMS and stay updated on the latest learning technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). At least 2 years of training facilitation/learning delivery experience , preferably in a BPO or RPO environment. Strong facilitation and presentation skills with confidence in leading groups of all sizes. Proficiency in Zoom, MS Teams, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Excellent communication, time management, and adaptability skills. Familiarity with instructional design principles and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) is a plus.
