Position Summary: The Training Specialist at Pinnacle Intelligence plays a vital role in the professional development and success of our operational teams. This individual is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective training programs for new hires and existing employees. A key requirement for this role is a deep understanding of the automotive industry, as the Trainer will translate complex client-specific processes into clear and actionable learning modules, ensuring our teams are equipped with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Design & Development: Design and develop comprehensive training curricula, modules, and materials (e.g., presentations, job aids, assessments, e-learning content) for new hire onboarding, upskilling, and cross-training. Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Operations, and Quality teams to create content that is accurate, relevant, and aligned with client-specific processes and performance standards. Ensure all training content is infused with relevant automotive industry knowledge to provide a strong contextual foundation for all trainees. 2. Training Delivery & Facilitation: Facilitate dynamic and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for diverse audiences. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and adult learning principles to maximize trainee engagement and knowledge retention. Conduct post-training assessments to evaluate trainee comprehension and readiness for the production environment. 3. Training Effectiveness & Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes. Provide constructive feedback to trainees during and after training to support their professional development. Assist in the continuous improvement of all training programs based on quality monitoring results and operational feedback. 4. Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer: Act as a bridge between client knowledge and internal training, helping to transfer complex client-specific information into a digestible and effective learning format. Collaborate with Operations Leads and Team Managers to identify ongoing training needs and support performance improvement initiatives. Stay up-to-date on changes within the automotive retail industry and our clients' specific processes to ensure training content remains current. Skills & Qualifications: Required: Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience as a Trainer or Training Specialist in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or corporate training environment. Automotive Industry Knowledge: In-depth, demonstrated knowledge of automotive retail, dealership operations, and industry terminology (e.g., Sales, Service, BDC, DMS). Training Expertise: Strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, and the application of adult learning principles. Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate engaging training sessions. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and virtual training platforms. Adaptability: Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the needs of various learners and rapidly changing operational requirements. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications in training (e.g., CPTD, CPLP, ATD certifications).
