Senior Project Coordinator - Makati City at CBRE Asia Pacific

Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) provides end-to-end services to occupier clients across the lifecycle of a building, including facilities management, project management, real estate and energy and sustainability services.

What You’ll Do
  • Process documentation for project commitments. Obtain external quotes for processing. Coordinate change orders, change directives and related notices with consultants and vendors.
  • Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding projects among teams and clients.
  • Assist with contract administration, including attending tender openings and recording results, issuing letters of acceptance and regret, etc.
  • Enter project information and data into project management technology tools.
  • Process invoices and pay applications. Support project administration deliverables.
  • Assist the project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.
  • Apply established procedures to solve straightforward problems with guided discretion.
About You
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in project management
  • Construction background is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in MS Project Scheduling Software, or ability to generate project schedules using Excel (Gantt charts)
  • Ability to write reports, observe safety practices on site and document incidents; understands basic construction plans and specifications
  • Able to work in Makati from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Available to start ASAP
