Key Duties and Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify, approach, and secure new institutional customers within assigned markets. Manage and grow existing institutional accounts to achieve sales targets. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and price negotiations with decision-makers. Prepare and implement sales plans and strategies for assigned accounts. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery. Account Management Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts. Handle quotations, proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements . Ensure on-time collections and adherence to company credit policies. Address client concerns and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction. Market Intelligence & Reporting Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs . Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to management. Recommend product improvements or promotional programs based on customer feedback. Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. Additional training in sales, customer service, or key account management is an advantage. Experience Requirements 2-5 years of experience in institutional or B2B sales , preferably in FMCG or related industries . Proven success in managing corporate, HORECA, or government accounts . Strong experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and negotiations . Willing to be assigned in any territory within the country as required by business needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
