About This Role
We are seeking an IT Technical Support Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our technical support operations, ensuring that our systems and processes are running smoothly, and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Job Description
The IT Technical Support Manager will oversee the daily operations of our technical support team, including monitoring production systems, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to senior staff members. They will also be responsible for creating site availability reports, identifying network and system issues, and working with development teams to resolve software issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in IT-related courses, at least 4 years of experience in technical or application support roles, and previous leadership experience. You should also be fluent in English and have familiarity with product/technologies/troubleshooting. Experience in Tableau is a plus.
