Overview Staff4Me is excited to announce an opening for an Unlimited Break-Fix Coordinator. In this role, you will take charge of coordinating our Break-Fix services, ensuring that issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently for our clients. Your ability to manage schedules, communicate effectively, and coordinate technical resources will be key to our success. Responsibilities Work as a coordinator on the Break-Fix team Review the assigned ticket to identify how the Break-Fix team can assist in resolution Review all other open tickets to identify any other issues that can be solved with the same dispatch Create a BAP/Platform One order following the UBF process Generate a work order and submit to the contractor pool Adjust the urgency, description and pricing of each work order to ensure prompt acceptance and technician assignment Once a technician has been assigned, call technician to confirm he/she has the skills and tools required Confirm date and time of dispatch Confirm pricing Confirm the name of the resource and contact information Coordinate a remote technical resource to assist the on-site technician using our booking/scheduling tools Update the appointment and ticket as needed Communicate scheduling updates to both residents, property staff and contractors Communicate technical updates to both residents, property staff and internal stakeholders Collaborate with on-site resources to ensure proper ticket documentation and resolution Follow up with on-site resources to confirm attendance and resolution Add troubleshooting or other notes to the ticket and close or reassign where appropriate Reschedule on-site appointments as necessary Assist with working out of our ticket queue Scheduling field technicians and remote engineers Calls to both our customers and field technicians for the scheduling process Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Break-Fix coordination or a similar role Strong experience with Ruckus, Cisco, and HP systems Extensive technical knowledge of hardware, software applications, and networking fundamentals Hands-on experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software issues Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux Proven experience performing hardware repairs and upgrades Solid understanding of network protocols and their configurations Exceptional communication skills, particularly in conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP will be considered a plus Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity for growth and career development Training and support to enhance technical and customer service skills Work in a dynamic and multicultural environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
