As a Sales Outreach Coordinator, you will provide support to the Outreach Department by completing day-to-day outreach activities to sales leads, administrative tasks, research, prospecting, and quality assurance checks according to the company’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Outreach Department in the implementation, tracking, and monitoring of Sales Outreach activities with accountability and ownership
  • Use project management skills to ensure logistics and timelines are completed on time
  • Manage cold sales outreach campaigns from start to finish according to quality standards
  • Plan, implement, track, and monitor campaigns with accountability
  • Prospect, analyze, and identify opportunities from a large database following company guidelines
  • Research relevant cold outreach strategies for different industries
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly outreach and lead targets
  • Generate data to develop reports and dashboards for account directors or managers to show campaign results
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure prospects go through standard closing/conversion processes

Requirements

  • Experience with Lead Generation/Prospecting tasks (website research, data collection, report generation)
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Business acumen
  • Ability to navigate and maintain social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task daily outreach projects with structured prospecting methods
  • At least one year of administrative experience

  • Knowledge of American and Australian culture
  • Influencer outreach experience
  • Experience with Prospecting and Lead Generation tools
