Job Overview
We are hiring a strategic Employee Relations & Business Partnering Manager to lead core HR functions and support operational leaders in a global manufacturing environment. This role is focused on employee relations , policy governance , and strategic HR partnering —ensuring business alignment, legal compliance, and high employee engagement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to plant and business unit leaders on people strategies, performance, and organizational planning
- Lead a team of HR professionals providing end-to-end operational HR support across the site
- Drive the implementation of HR initiatives including talent management, succession planning, and performance enablement in coordination with COEs
- Oversee employee relations and labor compliance, managing investigations, disciplinary processes, and domestic inquiries as needed
- Ensure HR policies, documentation, and processes meet local labor laws and data privacy regulations
- Support local implementation of compensation and benefits programs in partnership with Total Rewards
- Manage employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and internal communication to promote a high-trust, compliant workplace
- Represent HR in statutory and compliance audits, including labor and ethics management
What our Client is Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Legal Management, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including 10 years in a leadership or HRBP role
- Background in manufacturing or electronics/semiconductor industries preferred
- Strong foundation in Philippine labor laws, employee relations, and generalist HR functions
- Proven ability to drive strategic HR programs while delivering hands-on operational support
- Skilled in conflict management, policy interpretation, coaching, and business advisory
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities
- Comfortable navigating a matrixed and fast-paced global organization
