Job Description A global systems integrator and digital transformation provider founded in 2012 focuses on providing innovative digital, hybrid, and security solutions. The role supports the merge of legacy Citrix environments, upgrades to current releases, day-to-day Citrix support, and related projects. Responsibilities Provide technical support onsite to Applications and Systems as per project specifications. Lead efforts to merge legacy Citrix environments. Upgrade existing Citrix environments to current releases. Provide day-to-day support of the Citrix environment. Participate in any other Citrix‑related projects. Manage hosted shared desktops and VDI. Monitor application availability and performance; review logs. Lead periodic maintenance activities (application and OS patching). Perform problem management analysis and activities. Triage issues and escalations to internal IT groups or development teams. Maintain system documentation and IT knowledge base. Work Schedule Monday to Friday (4PM-1AM Manila time) Work Setup (WFH) Permanent Homebased Equipment provided by the company Stable reliable internet connection at home with at least 20 Mbps download and upload speed.
