Junior Engineer – Civil and Digital

Overview Haskoning Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines. We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Engineer – Civil and Digital with a passion for civil engineering, data, programming, and automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Water & Maritime Projects and a desire to leverage data, programming, and automation to enhance civil engineering design and construction processes. This role will be positioned within the Construction Management Group (Pasay City-Mall of Asia Area) and is preferably suited for candidates with an interest in project involvement for a minimum of two years. After this initial period, opportunities may exist to move into other projects or roles within the company, including potential growth in our Makati head office. What you do as a Junior Engineer – Civil and Digital Utilizing civil engineering domain knowledge and digital skills will be your daily focus. You will be involved in design activities such as: BIM models for civil engineering designs, ranging from ports to land reclamation to river protection works creating and analyzing spatial data sets using GIS creating and managing Civil3D models creating and analyzing datasets of engineering and construction projects to enable informed decision-making automating engineering and construction management processes ensuring that project goals align with the overall vision and coordinating the BIM team involved in your projects establishing coordination workflows based on project timelines and objectives defining and verifying model levels of detail and related drawings managing geometric and information interferences within the models fostering collaboration among team members facilitating communication and addressing conflicts promptly leveraging knowledge of Autodesk software, especially Civil3D, to enhance the project We support your development to become a Digital Engineer / CAD Data Analyst with training programs and career tracks to reach your goals. What you bring You are highly motivated, quick learning, and passionate about civil engineering. You are keen to automate/standardize engineering processes and are willing to discuss these with engineers and project managers who own these processes.
