Position

Title: Recruitment Specialist - Financial Services | RPm | CHRA

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
  • Understand our clients and their strategies; analyze assigned funds’ performance on a monthly basis and follow the markets
  • Gain knowledge (through on-the-job training and research) of various securities including Private Equity, Private Credit and Venture Capital
  • Develop knowledge of accounting standards relevant to Investment Management
  • Review and process all investor movements to ensure compliance with procedures, SLAs, and client formation documents
  • Accurately book investor activity into systems and ensure compliance with client formation documents
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards and regulatory changes affecting investor reporting/compliance
  • Review and price portfolios according to Firm and Fund pricing policies
  • Reconcile cash accounts to statements, identifying and resolving differences
  • Review Schedule of Investment and Valuation as part of NAV Reporting
  • Research and resolve differences between accounting and broker reports
  • Establish and execute processes and procedures
  • Establish and manage achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and evaluate processes and implement improvements to ensure high-quality client services
  • Perform daily and monthly auditing of work processes
  • Provide reports as agreed with Customers
  • Train, mentor/coach and review the work of junior team members
Qualifications, Education & Experience
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accounting
  • 5-7 years experience in Fund Accounting, preferably with a reputable Fund Administration Firm
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow procedures
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience training/mentoring/coaching junior team members
