Job Summary:

As a Finance Staff at Toyota Iligan City, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. You will work closely with customers, sales representatives, and other finance staff to facilitate vehicle financing and leasing options. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of financial regulations and principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions, including cash receipts and disbursements, credit card payments, and bank deposits.
  • Assist customers in securing financing and leasing options for vehicle purchases. Provide accurate and timely financial reports and statements to management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and other finance staff to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales.
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
