Job Title: Account Management Administration Assistant
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 40 hours per week/Full-time
Work Shift: 9am-6pm EST with 1 hour break
Job Description:
The Account Management Administration Assistant is responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of our position postings. They participate in the submission of candidate profiles to clients and update candidate profiles as needed under the direction of the Account Manager and/or Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually posting and updating positions appearing on VMS sites where we do not have automations.
- Updating positions as we receive updates from clients. This may include adding a Hot Job Flag, updating dates, shifts and/or job descriptions.
- Updating bill rates in current postings as they change, this requires cross referencing VMS’s.
- Auditing current postings for accuracy, communicating findings.
- Reviewing candidate profiles to verify the profile and the accompanying documents include all client requirements.
- Submitting the profile to the client as the authorized representative of the appropriate Account Manager.
- Creating and sending confirmations or other documents to candidates as requested by the Recruiter or Account Manager.
- Assisting Account Managers with administrative tasks or special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in account management, credentialing, compliance, healthcare administration, human resources, data entry or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using databases, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Technical Requirements: Stable internet connection, computer/laptop with up-to-date software, and familiarity with credentialing platforms or CRM systems (preferred).
