About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department by managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and assisting in the preparation of reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Prepare and maintain financial documents and reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor company expenses
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Perform other related administrative and accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 1–2 years accounting work experience (required)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
