Overview CyTech is seeking an experienced Software Development Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity software projects. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering projects that align with organizational cybersecurity objectives and timelines. Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources for cybersecurity software initiatives. Lead collaboration among IT, security analysts, developers, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution. Conduct regular risk assessments, identifying and mitigating cybersecurity threats pertinent to project goals. Monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and report status to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, procurement, and vendor relations. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency. Manage incident response coordination and develop training programs relevant to project scope. Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies specific to cybersecurity projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of project management experience in IT or cybersecurity domains. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, compliance requirements, and risk management. Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City and coordinate with international teams across different time zones.
