Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Development

  • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Prepare proposals, project charters, and related documentation.

Project Execution & Monitoring

  • Lead and manage day-to-day project operations.
  • Supervise project teams, contractors, and consultants.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and budgets to ensure efficient project delivery.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Provide regular updates and project reports to management.
  • Address issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure projects meet technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement safety and sustainability practices in line with company values.

Budget & Cost Control

  • Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor expenses and manage project resources efficiently.
  • Recommend cost-saving measures and process improvements.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, motivate, and develop project teams to achieve objectives.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and training to team members.
  • Foster collaboration and a results-oriented culture.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
  • Professional license (Engineer/Architect) preferred.
  • At least 5 years of solid project management experience, preferably in construction, real estate, or large-scale development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
